Introduction
We built these wholesale electric infrared heaters for the places where you can’t mess around with air quality or temperature swings. Think display windows. Think high-precision labs. Our halogen infrared heaters warm things up without pushing air around or kicking up dust. It’s not just heating—it’s a clean, controlled way to transfer heat exactly where you need it, especially in spaces that are sensitive.
The power, voltage, and size—made practical
At the heart of this heater is 2500W of power. That gives you the heat density to respond fast and hold a steady output. We set it up to run on 400V, so you can move a lot of power through a compact unit without stressing the wiring. And the length? Just 300mm. That small footprint slips into tight spots and lets you focus the heat where you want it. High wattage in a short package is great—just make sure your cooling system is sized right to handle the rise in ambient temperature.
What it’s made of: halogen, quartz, and solid connectors
We chose a halogen-filled quartz tube because it handles high heat and stays consistent, even through long shifts. Quartz stays clean, with no exposed coils to shed particles. And the halogen cycle keeps the filament stable, so you’re not fighting premature burn-out. The R7s connector makes the electrical hookup straightforward and secure. It holds up to vibration and repeated installs, and the whole design drops right in as a replacement for many standard fixtures—so you can wire it up quickly without reworking the mount.
Where it shines: clean, precise heat you can count on
In display windows, there’s no airflow to stir up dust and settle it on merchandise. In labs, you don’t have forced convection creating particulates that can mess with calibration and samples. You get precise, localized heat—where you need it, when you need it. And honestly? It’s simple to integrate, easy to maintain, and built to keep working steadily, even when the duty is continuous.
